Shipping policy

1. We need 1 to 3 working days to process the order, and usually 5-10 days later you will receive your products. The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable logistics carriers to ensure your goods arrive safely and on time. The available methods depend on order volume and destination:

For Small Parcels: We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and DHL for their extensive global network and tracking capabilities.

For Large Shipments & Pallets: We offer LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL (Full-Truckload) freight services for large volume orders. Please contact our sales team for a custom freight quote.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are FOB (Free On Board) Origin. This means the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and ownership and risk of loss/damage transfer to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier at our warehouse.

Quotes for shipping are provided upon request or during the checkout process for standard items. The final cost is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.

For LTL/FTL shipments, rates are based on the provided Bill of Lading and are subject to carrier review and adjustments.

4. During the busy Holiday season, processing times take longer than usual, and some delays are to be expected.
5. We're not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs duties, delays or loss due to natural disasters, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
